I made a return to Littlewoods on May 1st. Still no update on refund and no way to contact them have tried to call with no luck. Can you please advise how I can find out if my returns are being refunded???

I can’t tell you all how much I advise to stay away from this company ! Bought a tv from them in 2019 for £700 pounds , didn’t work properly out the box .........! A year later still trying to get money back or item replaced ! Legal proceedings now started , just stay away and save yourselves Agro !

litlewoods have always got items i need in stock and are always quick to deliver and its a real pleasure to shop on thier website.

Ordered garden furniture. Was given a delivery date 13th March which is why we chose it due to receiving it relatively quickly. On the day email received to say month delay after we arranged to be in. Since then further email saying no idea what date it will be. No explanation.

Delivery is always on time. The goods are usually good but sometimes expensive.

Once these people get their tentacles in to after opening an account, it's extremely difficult to get them to close it. Numerous calls, no option to email, constantly told to wait for another zero balance statement and passed around between people on the other side of the world. Scraping barnacles off the backside of a battleship would be easier than dealing with this shower.

Ordered from Ireland - to be delivered 1st feb ( ordered 15th feb).
Contacted them on numerous occasions to be told tp be 'patient' as logistical problems.
Cant give me an update on my order when to expect etc and payment on account due soon. Why should I pay if haven't received? But told that I must make a payment even if haven't received goods.
No offer of any goodwill gesture ftom littlewoodsireland.ie e.g. changing payment date on my account or discount etc

Ordered a TV came very quickly and the delivery guy was helpful,kept me informed with delivery slot!!!!

Logged a complaint two months ago, still no response
